A client contacted me stating that their toilet was leaking. Having just purchased a newly build home in the summer of 2015, this was a big surprise. When the flooring company came in, they failed to re-seat the toilet properly causing it to leak for months. I had to remove the toilet, remove the sink, remove all of the damaged baseboard, and then remove the damaged flooring. I then went through the process of re-assembly. Let me know what you think!

A client had another professional hang 7 new interior doors. They contacted me to trim everything in and to paint it all. I used an alkyd semi-gloss paint for a durable and bright white finish.
One of my favorite projects to date. A recessed pantry for a family in need of more space. We started by identifying how many cabinets we could actually build. 3 full size and 1 half size was the absolute most due to clearance for the kitchen cabinets and the spacing of the studs. I started by pulling out all of the drywall for the spaces I would use. I then began to build the frames for the pantries using cabinet grade pine. I opted to do two fixed shelves as well as three adjustable shelves in each recess. This allowed for the maximum number of configurations possible and for the homeowners to allow their children to access what they wanted and when. I then trimmed it all in with 3" cabinet grade pine and painted it all with an alkyd based white semi-gloss. Alkyd's are incredibly wear resistant and highly recommended for cabinets, trim, and high-wear areas.
